Clive Christian Interiors London were delighted to design a kitchen to complete this stunning barn conversion in Essex. The client’s brief was to create a traditional kitchen to match the barn’s external historic charm while adding elements of contemporary style to suit their tastes and lifestyle.
The painted finish of this Architectural kitchen makes the room feel bright and spacious, overcoming the barn’s original low ceilings. The cabinetry features antique nickel hardware, which provides the desired contemporary feel.
Spending time with family and hosting parties for friends were high on the agenda for this client, so creating the ultimate space to entertain was crucial. The bespoke bar, complete with Miele integrated wine fridges and foldaway doors, makes a striking focal point.

Bespoke Utility Room
Clive Christian London designed a separate utility room with matching painted cabinetry adjacent to the kitchen. In addition to Miele appliances, a bespoke coat and boot cupboard was neatly integrated with the cabinetry.
