Perthshire dual island kitchen

Set in its own land in an elevated position, this property possesses beautiful views to the surrounding hills. The challenge within this project was to provide a practical kitchen for a young family, in a space that only had a single wall. They needed a solution to both house appliances and provide storage and working areas, whilst being mindful to take full advantage of the stunning views through the full-length windows.
This Perthshire commission centres on a dual island kitchen with artisan-made cabinetry, pairing a walnut worktop with a bevelled glass dresser for display and storage in equal measure. The scheme is completed by gilded barstools finished with custom marquetry.
